1. Website Usage Terms
By accessing or browsing the NineWaves website (https://ninewaves.in or its authorized subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.
2. Educational Content Limitations & Non-Advisory Nature
NineWaves Stock Market Academy is an independent educational training institute located in Karnal, Haryana. NineWaves is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Research Analyst (RA), Broker, or Portfolio Management Service (PMS) provider.
All curriculum materials, live lectures, screen demonstrations, case studies, and instructor commentary are provided solely for academic, educational, and risk-management training. Under no circumstances should any classroom discussion, charting analysis, or study material be construed as financial advice, buy/sell calls, trade recommendations, or guaranteed profit schemes.
3. Course Enrolment Conditions
- Enrolment is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Students must provide accurate personal contact information (name, phone number, email address, city).
- Admission into specific cohorts (Offline Karnal Trading Floor or Live Online) is subject to seat availability and instructor approval.
- NineWaves reserves the right to decline or cancel admission if a student provides false details or engages in disruptive conduct.
4. Payment Terms & Installments
All course fees are clearly stated in Indian Rupees (INR). Fees must be paid via authorized payment modes (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or official Academy Bank Transfer). Applicable taxes (GST) are charged as required by law.
Where flexible installment options (e.g., 3-month split payments) are approved by the admissions desk, the student is contractually obligated to complete each installment on the scheduled due dates. Failure to clear installments may lead to temporary suspension of class access.
5. Course Access & Duration
Enrolment grants access to the specified cohort duration (e.g., 12 weeks for Price Action, 10 weeks for Options Hedging). For online cohorts, class recordings and study references are provided for revision access during and after the course as per program guidelines. Offline students are granted scheduled access to the Karnal Trading Floor during designated lab hours.
6. Student Responsibilities & Academic Integrity
- Students agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward mentors and fellow learners.
- Students must not solicit other students for personal funds, pool accounts, or third-party advisory services.
- Students are strictly prohibited from recording, pirating, broadcasting, or redistributing proprietary class videos, lecture slides, or course notes.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, course names, curriculum structures, visual slides, and written documentation produced by NineWaves are the exclusive intellectual property of NineWaves Stock Market Academy. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or dissemination will lead to immediate legal action under copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Cancellation & Refund Conditions
Course cancellations and refund requests are governed by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review the refund eligibility criteria, notice periods, and processing timelines before completing fee payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Financial market trading carries inherent market risks. NineWaves, its founders, mentors, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential financial losses, lost capital, or lost trading profits incurred by any student or website visitor as a result of their trading or investing activities. Every student acknowledges that all market orders are executed voluntarily and at their own independent risk.
10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of website usage or academy enrolment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnal, Haryana, India.
