Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At NineWaves Stock Market Academy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, practical financial education with maximum transparency. Because our cohorts operate with strictly limited batch sizes—both in our physical Karnal Trading Floor and in live online interactive rooms—seat allocation represents an explicit operational commitment. This policy outlines clear and fair rules regarding cancellations and refund processing.

2. Cancellation Before Batch Commencement

• Notice Given 7 or More Days Before First Class: If you notify our admissions desk in writing at least 7 days before the official scheduled start date of your cohort, you are eligible for a full refund (100%) of tuition fees paid, minus actual banking / payment gateway processing charges (typically 2%–3%).
• Notice Given 3 to 6 Days Before First Class: Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days prior to batch commencement are eligible for an 80% refund, or alternatively, a free, 100% transfer to the next upcoming cohort batch.
• Notice Given Within 48 Hours Before Batch: Cancellations received less than 48 hours before class commencement are eligible for a 50% refund, or the student may choose a one-time free batch transfer to a future scheduled date.

3. Early Orientation & Trial Guarantee

We want students to feel completely confident in our mentoring approach. If, after attending the first orientation session of your enrolled program, you genuinely feel that the curriculum format does not match your learning goals, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of that initial session. Upon written request, NineWaves will refund 85% of total course fees (deducting a 15% administrative seat and onboarding fee).

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted after attending 2 or more classroom or online lecture sessions.
• Failure to attend scheduled classes without prior written notification (no-shows).
• Suspension or expulsion resulting from violations of academy conduct rules, intellectual property piracy, or harassment.
• Independent financial losses incurred by the student during their personal market trading activities. (NineWaves is strictly an education institute and does not assume liability for students' trade executions).

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a formal refund request, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send an email to admissions@ninewaves.in with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Course Name]".
2. Include your original payment receipt / UPI reference ID, contact phone number, and brief reason for cancellation.
3. Our admissions management desk in Karnal will review your request against the batch timeline within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval. The refund amount will be credited back directly to the original bank account, card, or UPI VPA from which the payment was initially received.
